Tinplate Preparation
We will select the appropriate tinplate material, and we can also choose different custom can tins materials according to the product’s characteristics.

Printing

Cutting Into Sheets
High-precision machines are used to cut the tinplate sheets into the required shapes and make the can bodies.

Punching (Lid, Bottom, Body)
The body, lid, and bottom of each batch of custom tins are welded or seamed together to create a strong, sealed surface.

Quality Detection
Each batch of our tin cans goes through a rigorous quality control inspection to ensure there are no defects such as improper sealing, printing issues, and more.

Assembly
We will assemble the cans in batches according to the size and shape of the custom tins. During the assembly process, we also check again whether there are any defects in the tin cans.

Packaging
Once the tins are assembled they are packed into boxes to ensure they are securely packaged, we can also provide custom boxes for the tins if required.
